2014 QMJHL draft January rankings for me

Were there any other modifications made for this year's draft? And do you see teams looking into the Quebec Espoir league for players in the later rounds (especially now that there are up to 5 '97's per team)? Do the Atlantic provinces have this type of league? Thanks for the insights as always.
